Our school counselors play a vital role in supporting students' academic success, social-emotional well-being, and future planning. Through daily interactions, drop-in support, small groups, and one-on-one counseling, they build strong relationships with students, providing guidance and connecting families with additional resources when needed.
Hi, my name is Pedro Serrano, and I am one of the school counselors at Graham Middle School. I am excited to continue my fourth year within the Mountain View community and to work with a diverse group of students, helping support and enrich their growth academically, socially, and personally.
My educational background includes two B.A. degrees from the University of California, Irvine, in Psychology and Educational Sciences. I then attended California State University, San Bernardino, where I earned my M.S. degree in School and Professional Clinical Counseling, along with my Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential.
Middle school is an exciting and important journey for students, filled with opportunities for growth, discovery, and development. I am grateful to be a part of their journey and look forward to supporting and encouraging them every step of the way.
